You can see this from the circuit diagram. The heater voltage is 19V 0.3A or 18V 0.3A. It will work with either. B+ is 250V. The cathode resistor is 150Ω.
The plate impedance is 7KΩ. The estimated output is 4.5W. It is a French-made power vacuum tube. It is basically a vacuum tube very similar to the PL33.

プレートインピーダンスは７KΩです。推定　出力は　4.5Wです。由来はフランス製のパワー真空管です。
基本的にはPL33にとても良く似ている真空管です。
